I'm Sheyla Ortega, a psychologist and Health & Wellness Coach. I support therapeutic processes from an integrative view of the human being.
A graduate of Universidad de La Sabana and certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York. For over four years I have practiced as a holistic psychologist, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an approach that recognizes the connection between thoughts, emotions, body and lifestyle habits.
Holistic psychology understands that emotional wellbeing is not worked on through the mind alone, but through a broad understanding of the human experience, respecting each person’s bio-individuality and pace.

Talk with SheylaSessions take place online through Google Meet or a WhatsApp video call, and also in person. Each meeting lasts approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I accept PayPal and Zelle for international payments and Bancolombia transfer for national payments (Colombia). You can pay from Colombia or from abroad through the methods enabled for national and international payments. Sessions are booked with 100% of the value paid in advance.
If you cannot attend, it is important to give at least 5 hours notice in order to reschedule. In the event of no-show without prior notice, the session is considered taken and will be charged.
1 individual session is valid for 2 weeks from the payment date. The 4-session package is valid for 2 months and the 6-session package for 3 months. Once this time has passed, the sessions expire.
In the event of illness or force majeure that prevents attending a session, the client must give timely notice, preferably before the session or during the time the situation arises, attaching the corresponding medical documentation when applicable.
Each case will be reviewed individually. If pausing the process is approved, the client will have a maximum of one month to resume and use the pending session or sessions.
If notice is not given within the established time, documentation is not provided when required, or rescheduling is requested late, the session will be deducted from the package.

Yes. In addition to individual processes, I also run seminars, workshops and wellbeing spaces for groups, companies, work teams and businesses.
These meetings adapt to the needs of each group and can address topics such as emotional management, stress management, productivity, procrastination, healthy habits, self-knowledge, purpose, teamwork and mental health in the workplace.
